For us at Tamaron, our customers' happiness and satisfaction is the highest priority. So if you receive something that isn’t quite what you expected, we offer returns and exchanges.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we currently do not cover the shipping costs for returning products. Customers are responsible to arrange the return themselves.
To ensure your return is accepted, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If an item is returned to us in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
How to return an item?
If you want to initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at contact@tamaron.store with your order number, and our customer service team will help you with the process.
Please be aware that refunds are provided in the form of a Tamaron e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged item
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item. A replacement or full refund is given if products are received in a damaged state. Please be aware that all requests for replacement or refund in case of damaged products require photo or video proof to be processed. In most cases, you will not have to return a damaged product to us to get a refund or replacement.
Order cancellation
A full refund is available for orders canceled before processed. Please email us at contact@tamaron.store to request a cancellation.
Please note that we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed.
