Orders and deliveries 

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. On average, orders to the United States, Canada, and the UK take about 10 days to arrive. Most European countries can expect delivery within 7 to 14 days.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is out for delivery.

What is the order processing time?

We process most orders within 3 days or less. 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, which will include purchased items, order total and order number.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my order? 

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any item purchased. See our return policy for more information.

Can I modify or cancel my order? 

A full refund is available for orders canceled before processed. 

To cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at contact@tamaron.store with "Urgent" in the subject line and your order number. 

We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes after shipment.

What happens if I receive a wrong or damaged item? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item. We offer replacements or full refunds for items that arrive damaged. See our return and refund policy for details.
